Rights of Data Subjects

The data protection laws entitle data subjects to certain rights. Every data subject can request from any controller to know, what personal data relating to it is being processed by that controller, for what purposes and duration, from what source the controller obtained such data (if available) and to whom they may be disclosed. Data subjects can further request rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing or disclosure, or can object to certain kinds of processing.
